When painting the walls and refinishing the floors, we begin by doing wall repairs, then we paint the ceiling. Next, we put a first coat on the walls and trim. Then, we start the floor refinishing process. We sand the floors down, and put on all the finish coats except the final one.

Then we get out the brushes and rollers and finish your painting. After that's done, we lightly abrade the floor and put on the final coat. Using this system, both your wall and floor surfaces are protected all throughout and finished in the most efficient manner.
We work with the latest one-part and two-part waterborne finishes. We can also apply the oil modified urethanes. We specialize in applying a natural or clear finish, but we also stain floors upon the requests of our customers.

If you have a few water damaged or rotten boards, we can replace them. We also sand and refinish stair treads. (Note: we don't sand and refinish staircase banisters and railings. They are too costly to refinish. Replacement is often cheaper. We can also paint them for you.) If you have carpet down and need it removed and the staples taken up we can also perform this service.
